2009 in review

We had a busy year this year! It was just as successful and inspiring as it was busy.

In addition to the events listed below, we also painted the crosswalks in Medway in September and in the spring.

We held our first 5k Walk/Run on September 12! Thanks to community support, we raised almost $3,000 for the Alex Handy Scholarship Fund! Despite the rain, everyone had a great time for a great cause.

Project Alex went to the Farmer's Market in Medway to sell tote bags featuring the art of one of our Free Spirit Award winners. All proceeds went to The Alexander Handy Memorial & Scholarship Foundation.
